At Jal, we use cutting-edge Infrared Technology heat panels from the US and Canada. Hung directly above you, these panels radiate therapeutic heat directly onto your body without heating up the room.

Infrared heat only heats up your body and mat directly without heating the surrounding air, so the rest of the area not directly under the panels remains at room temperature. You’ll notice the difference in temperature the moment you move from under the Infrared heat panel, or even by just moving your hand out of the heated zone.
